A RESOLUII%1 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO APf R04I :'G —FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO.
3061 STEVENS CREEK PARK, ACCEPTING CERTAIN
AVENUES, CIRCLES, DRIVES, WAYS AND ROADS;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY E14GINEER AND THE CITY CLERK
TO SIGN THE FINAL MAP; AND AUTHORIZING THE ACREE-
IrENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
, MEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for
approval and for authorization to record a final map of "Tract
Igo. 3061, Stevens Creek Park ", showing certain avenues, circles,
drives, ways, and roads; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a
proposed agreement for the construction of streets, curbs
and gutters, and for other improvements, and good and sufficient
bonds havina been presented for the faithful performance of said
work and the carrying out of said agreement; and said map,
agreement, and bonds having been approved by the City Enginaer
and by the City Attorney; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that said Final A:ap of "Tract No. 3061, Stevens
reek Park ", be and the same is, hereby, approved; and the avenues,
and lanes shown thereon be and the same are hereby accepted; and
the City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said
Final Maps and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the agreement herein referred to In behalf of the City of
Cupertino.
