Checked welder qualification papers(Wayne Silva,ID#6997). Checked WPSs and verified welding parameters. Verified
proper electrode storage. Verified proper preheat. Visually inspected fit-up. Performed continuous visual inspection of the
in-progress welding performed by one qualified welder using the FCAW process with E71T-8 wire electrode.
Weldments consist of single pass fillet welds joining 6"x 4"x 5/16"angle brackets to existing wide flange column flanges for
HSS 7"x 3" x 3/8" tube steel for store front header.
The preceding work was,to the best of my knowledge,in compliance with approved plans and specifications,including
revisions by engineer,and Drawing SK-1.

Weldments consist of single pass fillet welds joining angle,flat plate and plate to miscellaneous channel for air conditioner
units from 4th floor to roof between lines E and F from 7 to 8 and between lines K and L from 8 to 9.
