We have performed a structural observation on the following items at the above property:
1) Epoxy of holdown anchor bolts into existing footing.
2) Foundation form and rebar
Based on our observation, we found that all visible works are in general conformance to our
structural design intent.
Also, it is structurally acceptable to use 2x P.T. sill plates, per shear wall schedule, in place of 3x
plates called out in foundation details.
