This is to certify that on November 10, 1980, I, Donna M. Lamb, a disabled individual,
checked the washroom facilities at 19665 Stevens Creek. I used my manual wheelchair,
with no additional attachments, and found both the women and men's rooms to be
accessible. I found that there was an adequate turning space in the men's room, even if
the entrance door was ajar 12 inches. If, as I was told, the partition between the
sink and the urinal is moved towards the entrance door, there should be adequate
space for maneuverability for a wheelchair. In both restrooms there was ample space
where the water closets are located.
I was also able to tell the saleman re accessories, where they should be placed,
and the appropriate heights for the placement for same. If I can be of further
assistance in the future, please contact me at 257-4719•
