Re:Change of Use Clause/Fabulous Nails Lease
Dear Ms.Pham,
Having received and reviewed your letter and proposed plans dated March 10, 1999,I am
pleased to inform you that Landlord approves the use change to include hairstyling
services at your existing place of business.
Additionally,you may display and sell various standard hair care products and
accessories as is typical of many hairdressing salons.The drawings give a reasonably
good approximation as to the location and arrangement of new equipment,and you will
continue to maintain the same operating hours.Be certain to include the proceeds from
the new operation in your gross sales reports.
As was previously discussed,this approval of your change of use does not afford
Fabulous Nails any exclusive use rights at The Oaks Shopping Center for hairstyling or
sale of haircare products.
Please continue to inform me of your time schedules for store remodeling work,and be
sure to forward to me copies of your City and County permits for demolition,
construction,use and occupancy,and any other relevant documents.I wish you much
success in your new endeavor.Thank you.
