ROLL CALL Public Facilities Corporation members present: President Richard Lowenthal, Vice President Michael Chang, and Corporation members Sandra James, Patrick Kwok, and Dolly Sandoval. Council members absent: None. Staff present: Executive Director, David Knapp, Treasurer Carol Atwood, Attorney Charles Kilian, and Secretary Kimberly Smith. NEW BUSINESS A. Adopt a resolution approving, authorizing and directing the preparation and execution of certain lease financing documents and authorizing and directing certain actions with respect thereto, Resolution No. 02-001. (This item is related to No. 24 (c), offering and sale of Certificates of Participation, on the City Council agenda of September 16). James/Chang moved to adopt Public Facilities Corporation Resolution 02-001. Vote: Ayes: Chang, James, Kwok, Lowenthal, Sandoval. Noes: None.
