I did special inspection for drilled epoxy anchors (for holdowns) during installation.
Threaded rods (dam") as holdowns anchors are installed properly.
-Location of anchor's,holes are according the foundation plan.
-Holes is 12" deep min. in existing concrete foundation and dry.
-Before anchors installation holes are clined from dust with nylon brush and compresses air.
-After inserting the anchors the holes are completely full of epoxy (Simpson SET -XP)
