Grading on the subject lots commenced by stripping, clearing the area of all existing vegetation and debris and removing 18 to 24 inches from the building site. The native material was then scarified, moisture conditioned, then compacted to a minimum relative compaction of 90%. Fill material consisting of q fines was imported and placed on the building pads to bring it to design grade.
