Because no mechanical Equipment will be installed on the roof at this time, Statewide will not be installing a CA Title 24 cap sheet. However, when equipment is installed on the roof in the Tutu-e, Statewide Roofing will roof in the new equipment and then coat the entire roof witF a "cool roof'Title 24 compliant coating. Scope of work(Four phases done with 4 different setzps): Phase I-Roof Demolition 1. Tear off existing roof down to the decking. This assumes that the mechanical equipment will be removed prior to us doing this work. This also assumes that the existing sight screen will be removed prior to us doing this work. 2.Remove and dispose of all roofing debris from the premises. IL Price: $14W Phase II-Re-roofing 1. All Josam drains are to be reset per the manufacturer's specifications.Any missing or broken drain rings will be replaced at a price in addition to that quoted be low. 2. Wall or box outlets and scuppers are to be remove 3, cleaned,primed and reset according to the manufacturer's specifications. If any metal is rusted or damaged beyond practical reuse, it will be replaced with new at an additional cost for material only. 3.At vertical angles,install fiberboard cant strip. 4. Angles are to be reinforced with a modified bitumen single-ply sheet. This material will extend out from the roof at least three inches,or through the angle and under any existing counter flashing or wall flashing. 5. Walls are to be covered according to the manufacturer's requirements for this roofing system. 6. The existing metal coping is to be removed and tY_en reset upon completion of the installation of the wall covering. Where removal of the metal coping is not practical,the existing metal coping is to be left in place and the wall covering is to be run up under its lip.
