The building will remain sealed for 4to 72 hours depending on the specifics of the Job. Warning signs are posted around the building-notifying people to keep out. After the tarp is removed,a professional fumigator will aerate the structure by opening the doors and windows. Fans may also be used to clear out the building.-Once the building has been thoroughly aerated, the fumigator is required to measure the level of,any fumigant remaining in the living space to ensure it is below the established safe re-entry concentration. Should local building department require additional work to be performed, additional work would be performed at owners expense. Same would be outlined in a supplemental report. 2:The above additional work to be performed will not be done without written authorization from owner or owners agent.
