Testing Laboratory provided the following special inspections for the above-named project.
1. shop welding inspection
2. field welding inspection
The special inspections were performed by the undersigned California Registered Civil Engineer, an
AWS_and ICC certified welding inspector.
Based upon our inspections, it is our professional judgment that, to the best of our knowledge, the
inspected work was performed in accordance with the provisions of the 2007 CBC and the approved
drawings.
