THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
The purpose of this field visit was to review the structural framing in the above residence.
From what I visually observed, the structural framing was built in substantial conformance with the
structural plans and details. The exterior shear wall nailing could not be verified since the walls were
already covered after they were reviewed by the City of Cupertino Building Inspector.
