This was requested during our job walk last week by Dirk Mattern of Santa Clara County Fire Department. Please note this detail is to be used at both the center court elevator and the mall elevator just outside of the Macy' s store. Due to the cantilever condition a structural detail is attached and should be used for the attachment of the framing members to the existing structure.
