percent (77.5%) tenancy in common interest and Campus Park Associates, a California limited

interest, grants to the CITY OF CUPERTINO for sidewalk purposes, together with the right to
construct, repair, operate, and maintain any and all improvements which shall be or become
necessary for operation of the sidewalk, the hereinafter described property which is situated in

Two sidewalk easements for the purpose of pedestrian ingress and egress, described as follows:
All that real property in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, being
more particularly described as follows:
Being portions of Parcel A, as said Parcel is designated and delineated on the Parcel Map
recorded August 20, 1970 in Book 272 of Maps, Page 5, Santa Clara County Records, and further
being described as follows:
Sidewalk Easement 1
Beginning at the most Northwesterly corner of said Parcel A, said point also lying on the
Southerly line of Homestead Road; thence along the common line of said Parcel A and the
Southerly line of Homestead Road North 89°47'00" East 24.11 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing along said common line North 89°47'00" East 58.72 feet; thence
leaving said common line along the following three courses; South 00°13'00" East 15.00 feet;
South 89°47'00" West 58.72 feet; North 00°13'00" West 15.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
Containing 881 Square Feet, or 0.02 Acres, more or less.
Sidewalk Easement 2
Beginning at the most Northwesterly corner of said Parcel A, said point also lying on the
Southerly line of Homestead Road; thence along the common line of said Parcel A and the
Southerly line of Homestead Road North 89°47'00" East 175.53 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence leaving said common line South 00°13'00"East 7.00 feet; thence North
89°47'00" East 21.37 feet to a point on that certain roadway easement recorded on the 5th day of
November, 1993, in Book N316 Page 0273, of the Official Records of Santa Clara County; thence
along said easement along a nontangent curve to the right, with a radial bearing South 25°37'27"
West, having a radius of 50.00 feet, through a central angle of 11°01'33", an arc distance of 9.62
feet to a point of reverse curve; thence along a tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 50.00
feet, through a central angel of 4°00'30", an arc distance of 3.50 feet to a point on said Southerly
line of Homestead Road; thence along the common line of said Parcel A and the Southerly line of
Homestead Road South 89°47'00" West 10.29 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
