SUBJECT:MINOR RESIDENTIAL PERMIT ACTTON LETTER—Application RM-2013-15:
This letter confirms the decision of the Director of Community Development, given on May 24, 2013,
approving a Minor Residential Permit to allow an 8' extension of a new rear porch along an existing
non-conforming 5' side setback for a single family residence located at 1125 Yorkshire Drive, with the
following conditions:
1. APPROVED PROTECT
This approval is based on a plan set entitled, "Nikhita Residence, 1125 Yorkshire Drive,
Cupertino, CA 95014" consisting of sixteen sheets labeled "A-0 to A-7 , T24, S1.0 to S6.0 and a
Construction Best Management Practices sheet", dated "Received Apri122, 2013", except as may
be amended by conditions in this resolution.
2. ANNOTATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
The conditions of approval set forth shall be incorporated into and annotated on the first page of
the building plans.
3. ACCURACY OF THE PROTECT PLANS
The applicant/property owner is responsible to verify all pertinent property data including but
not lunited to property boundary locations, building setbacks, property size, building square
footage, any relevant easements and/or construction records. Any misrepresentation of any
property data may invalidate this approval and may require additional review.
4. EXTERIOR BUILDING MATERIALS/TREATMENTS
Final building exterior treatment plan (including but not limited to details on exterior color,
material, architectural treatments and/or embellishments) shall be reviewed and approved by the
Director of Community Development prior to issuance of building permits. The final building
exterior plan shall closely resemble the details shown on the original approved plans. Any
exterior changes determined to be substantial by the Director of Community Development shall
require a mulor modification approval with neighborhood input.
5. FENCING/GATES:
Fencing is not reviewed or approved as part of this application. Where fencing occurs on a
common property line, coordination with the adjoining property owner is highly recommended.

decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of this letter. If this happens,you will
be notified of a public hearing,which will be scheduled before the Planning Commission.

industrial wastes,petroleum products,coat tar or any refuse
substance arising from the manufacture of gas from coal or
petrdeum,chemicals,detergerrts,solvents,paints,
cbntaminated or chbrinated swimming pool water,
pestiades,herbicides and fertilizers.
8.18.080 VlolaHon
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is
quilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be punished as provided in Chapter 1.12 of this code
9.19.100 Civfl penalty for violatlon
My person who violates any provision of this chapter
or any provision of any permit issued pursuarK to this
chapter shall be avilly liable to the City in a sum not to
exceed the amounts provided for in Govemme�t Code
