Project shall comply with the 2010 California Building (Base code 2009 IBC), 2010 Residential (2009 IRC), Plumbing (2009 UPC), Mechanical (2009 UMC), Electrical (2008 NEC), Fire (2009 IFC) and Energy Codes (2008 Building Energy Efficiency Standards) Energy code mandatory lighting measures: 1.
