Patricia, I am requesting an extension under option 'B' in your letter regarding expiration of the permit
#13110075 due to expire on May 13, 2014.
We would greatly appreciate an extension approval of 180 days due to our current financial hardship as a
result of major repairs we are having to do our other home. We will purchase gutters for this property to
have them installed as soon as our other project is completed, and within the extension period requested
a bove.
The roof on our property at 7868 McClellan Road has been completed by Neighbors Roofing who is waiting
to install gutters before a final inspection can be done. Please contact Ledwin Guerra at (408) 309 -6077 if
any other information is required regarding the work already done on the completed roof.
As you specified on the phone we will deliver a check for $44.00 to you, in addition to this email.
