Dear Ginbar Ketema,
As your applications for a Development Permit (DP-2013-02) to allow a new 70' tall wireless
telecommunication monopine and associated equipment and fencing; an Architectural and Site Permit
(ASA-20113-07) to allow a new 70' tall wireless telecommunication monopine and associated equipment
and fencing at an existing gas station; and a Height Exception (EXC-2013-04) to allow a 70' tall
telecommunication monopine where 55' is allowed, located at 21530 Stevens Creek Boulevard, has
remained incomplete since September 23, 2013, the application for this project has been closed.
Any unused deposits remaining on file will be processed for a refund and issued back to the original
payee.

Following up on the status of this application and to inform you that this project is being transitioned to Colin Jung
(colini@cupertino.or�)within our department. Pursuant to the attached letter,your application is incomplete in
accordance with the Permit Streamlining Act (California Government Code section 65920).
• Please note if the revised facility is not lower than 55'tall—we also need to collect a Department of Fish and
Game Fee as part of the revised resubmittal documents.
To avoid having to reapply and pay new fees, please address the above comments within 60 days (7/20/2014).
Applications that remain inactive beyond 60 days will be permanently closed.The Planning Division may ask for more
