TRUSTEES OF THE LA MONICO REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 28, 1989,
hereby grant to the CITY OF CUPERTINO, for public roadway
purposes, together with the right to construct, repair, operate,
and maintain any and all public sidewalks and transit shelters
that shall be or become necessary for the preservation of the
public safety, welfare, or convenience, an easement over that
certain real property that is located on DeAnza Boulevard in the
city of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
as more specifically described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
