certain premises which are situate in the city of CUpertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, arrl described as follows:

Grantor hereby further grants to Grantee the right arrl privilege to
enter upon his larrls contiguous to arrl along the line of said hereinabove
described strip for the purpose of lcx:ating, constructing, repairing,
maintaining, or replacing said sidewalks or appurtenances thereto, am for
the purpose of doing any necessary to lawful act in connection with the
construction or maintenance of said sidewalk; there is also granted the
right of the use of sufficient larrl contiguous to said strip on either or
both sides thereof for the purposes of excavation of arrl deposit of earth
am necessary l:uilding material during the tiIne for constructing said
sidewalk, arrl any repair thereof.
'Ihe foregoing is subject to the following express conditions:
'Ihe Grantee agrees to restore the grourrl surface arrl any ilnprovements
thereon to its original grade or condition insofar as it is practicable
am reasonable to do so.

FILED FOR RECORD IN BOOK 565 OF MAPS AT PAGES 6 AND 7,
SANTA CLARA COUNTY RECORDS, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE INTERSECTION OF CENTERLINE OF STEVENS
CREEK BOULEVARD AND CENTERLINE OF DE ANZA BOULEVARD
