to time to construct, reconstruct, install, inspect, maintain, replace, remove, and use facilities
of the type hereinafter specified together with a right of way therefor, within a strip or parcel
of land or along a route as hereinafter set forth, and also ingress thereto and egress
therefrom, over and across the lands situate in the Ci tn of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, described as fo ows:

serve the above referenced property.
The enclosed easement provides the company with the right to install, operate and
maintain the facilities on your property and contains standard conditions which are
necessary to assure that safety and operational requirements are continuously met.
Would you please examine the proposed grant easement we have enclosed and, if it meets
with your approval, sign the stamped "PG&E Copy". Please have your signature
acknowledged before a Notary Public (using the attached notary certificate) and return the
document to us in the enclosed envelop. The "Grantor's copy" is for your files.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
GRANTING TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY AN ELECTRIC
UNDERGROUND EASEMENT TO SERVE CRESCENT ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino hereby grants to Pacific Gas and
Electric Company an electric underground easement over that certain property located in
the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, all as more fully
described in the attached Exhibits A and B, to serve Crescent Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of Cupertino, and the
City Clerk is authorized to have said Grant of Easement recorded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 16th day of January, 1996, by the following vote:
