All that certain real property situated in the County of
Santa Clara, State of California, being the northerly five feet
of Section 82 as shown on "MAP OF SUBDIVISION "A"-MONTA VISTA",
which map was filed for record on April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of
Maps at Page 20, Santa Clara County Records, described as
follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Section on the
southerly line of Lomita Avenue, 40 feet wide;
Thence along the northerly line of said Section, S89059'43"E
100.15 feet;

Thence along a line which is parallel with the centerline of

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
KELVIN KANG AND MARTHA SHAN PING KANG, APN 357-15-005,
21850 LOMIT A AVENUE
WHEREAS, Kelvin Kang and Martha Shan Ping Kang have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
, Santa Clara, State of California, located at 21850 Lomita Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
