Architectural and site approval to add a 560 square foot, single story addition at the back
of an existing duplex.
Design Review Committee decision final unless appealed.
Staff Presentation: Peter Gilli gave a brief overview of the project which is an
architectural and site review for a 560 sq. ft. single story addition. The addition meets the
setback guidelines and staff recommends approval of this project.
Thomas Couglar one of the homeowners of duplex adjacent to Merriman Road
disapproved of the project due to the density and the fact that the property would be
devalued because of over crowding.
