WHEREAS,, De Anza Plaza Partners has executed a Dedication of Easement
For Roadway, Public Utility and Sidewralk Purposes which is in good and
sufficient form, conveying to the City of Cupertino County of Santa
Clara, State of California, easement over certain real, pry for
roadway public utility and sidewalk purposes, situate in the City of
Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
approximately 0.01 acres for stye*:t purposes, and 0.05 acres for

Nom, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
