FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
Dorothy Stauffer Lyddon, aka Dorothy A. Lyddon, aka Dorothy
S. Lyddon, hereinafter called Grantor hereby grants to the City
of Cupertino, a Municipal corporation, hereinafter called
Grantee, a Public Utility Easement for the purposes of
installation, maintenance and repair of any and all public
service facilities including wires, conduits, gas, water, heat
main, storm drains and all appurtenances thereto over, under and
upon that certain strip of land situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California described
as follows:
See attached Exhibits A and B
Grantor hereby further grants to Grantee the right and
privilege to enter upon her lands contiguous to and along the
line of said hereinabove described strip for the purpose of
locating, constructing, repairing, maintaining, or replacing
said public utility or storm drain facilities or appurtenances
thereto, and for the purpose of doing any necessary or lawful
act in connection with the construction or maintenance of said
public utility or storm drain facilities; there is also granted
the right of the use of sufficient land contiguous to said strip
on either or both sides thereof for the purposes of excavation
of and deposit of earth and necessary building material during
the time of constructing said public utility and storm drain
facilities and any repair thereof.
The foregoing is subject to the following express
conditions:
The Grantee agrees to restore the ground surface and any
improvements thereon to its original grade or condition.
IN WITNESS WHER OF, said party has executed this Grant of

water, heat mains and all appurtenances thereto over, under and upon that certain
strip of land described as follows:
Portions of those certain parcels of land described as Parcels No. 7 and No. ,8 in
the Decree of Final Distribution in the matter of the Estate of Jack Ryburn
Lyddon, a copy of the instrument for which Decree was recorded April 27, 1977
under Recorders File No. 5624194 in Book C 773 of Official Records, page 79,
Santa Clara County Records and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeasterly corner of said Parcel No. 7 in the centerline of
Stelling Road, said corner also being the Northeasterly corner of that certain
1.530 acre parcel of land shown upon that certain Record of Survey filed June 28,
1974 in Book 342 of Maps . at pages 34 through 37 inclusive, Santa Clara County
Records; thence from said point of beginning along said centerline of Stelling
Road as shown on said Record of Survey, South 000 21' 18" East 621.19 feet to
the most Southerly corner of said 1.530 acre parcel, said point being the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence along the Southwesterly line of

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
FROM DOROTHY STAUFFER LYDDON
LOCATED ON STELLING ROAD SOUTH OF SEVEN SPRINGS PARKWAY
APPROXIMATELY .05 ACRE
WHEREAS, DOROTHY STAUFFER LYDDON, Grantor, has executed a Grant of
Easement which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City of
Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for public utility purposes over the property
situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto
and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately .05 acre, located on Stelling Road south of Seven Springs
Parkway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino on the 8th day of September 1987, by the following
