A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM ORCHARD COURT ASSOCIATES, A JOINT VENTURE, COMPOSED OF GUZMAN CONSTRUCTION CO. , A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, AND ALAN STOCKLMEIR; CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.0115 ACRES LOCATED ON ORCHARD COURT WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and suf- ficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of Calfornia, easement over certain real property for Roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cuper- tino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" , . attached hereto and made a part hereof.
