City Response Summary • The Petitioner presented these claims at twopublic hearings. Both the PC and CC considered and discussed these claims. • Based on past approvals and practice, restaurants have been deemed to be appropriate to support the 60-foot height allowance. t Restaurants are considered "retail," and are permitted uses in the City's General Commercial Ordinance. • The restaurant and bar are required to be open to the public— similar to other full-service restaurants/bars in the City. 3 A? -' A 11/18/2014 Recommendation;..
