A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A DEDICATION OF LANDSCAPING EASEMENT INCLUDING
PUBLIC INGRESS AND EGRESS ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH DE
ANZA BOULEVARD NORTHERLY OF MARIANI DRIVE FROM THE MARI-
ANI GROUP OF COMPANIES
WHEREAS, Mariani Group of Companies, Grantor, has executed a Dedication
of Landscaping Easement which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to
the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for landscaping including public
ingress and egress over the property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.355 acre, located along the west side •of North De Anza
Boulevard northerly of Mariani Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of -Cupertino accept said
Dedication of Landscaping Easement so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said Dedication of Landscaping Easement and this Resolution.

City of Cupertino on the 2nd day of March 1981, by the following
