FORGE; LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF DE ANZA BOULEVARD AND ROUTE 280, APPROXIMATELY 0.05 ACRE WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for Emergency Vehicle Access and Public Service Purposes which is in good and suf- ficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of Calfornia, easement over certain real property for Emergency Vehicle Access and Public Service purposes, situate in the City of Cuper- tino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" , attached hereto and made a part hereof.
