OF 71M BEETS AND HLCHKkYS CODE OF M STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, hearing on Resolution of Intention No. 6637 was held on September 15, 1986 at a regular meeting of the City Council at 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California; Wf=AS, it appears that notice thereof was duly given as required by law; and WHKMAS from the evidence presented, both oral and documentary, it appears to be to the best interest of the City to vacate the hereinafter described .portion of the City street; and that said portian of said City street is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes; and WF�f2EAS, existing streets are adequate to handle present and future projected traffic; and WfIEREAS, vacation is in conformance with the City's General Plan; and WHEREAS abandoned street right-of-way normally reverts to the adjacent property owners.
