2• The proposed chat�ges are consistent with Sections 17.24.050 and
17.24.060 of the Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural ar�d Site Approval Cc�n,ittee cor�ditions to
the exte.nt th,at they do not c7onflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific oonditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon,Sign Details, dated Jartuary 1989, ar�d
correspondirig letter of Application ASAC-51,830.1 except as may be
am�r,r�ded by conditions ern.mtierated herein.
10) Tenant signs s�hall be wood, nat to exceed three feet in height.

to the subject application:

17.24.060 of the Sign Code concerning building mounted signs for
ccmunercial centers.
� 2) Proposed sign program is consistent with Section 11 (A) of the Monta
Vista Design Gtiiidelines.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Co�nittee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhi.bit F-1 lst. Rev. of Application ASAC
51,775.1.
10) Abc�ve-canopy mrnuztirig tec,hnique shall be subj ect to appraval at the
buildi.rx� permit stage. If applicable building codes cantzot be
satisfied, a revised mounting technique shall be subject to ASAC
approval before any sign permits are issued.
11) Prior to issuance of buildirig p�smits, the vwner/applicant shall
obtain staff approval of a uniform height and length for each sign.
