Provide an approved wainscot (i.e. FRP, Stainless Steel, Ceramic Tile), a minimum of 4' high behind the janitorial sink. 3. Hot water must be at a minimum of 120° F at all fixtures, except for hand sinks with a minimum of 100° F. 4. All existing equipment, facilities or finishes that will remain shall be evaluated and approved on a case-by- case basis during on-site construction inspections. Equipment or finishes not found to be in compliance will not be accepted. 5. All construction must be completed according to the approved plan. Provide a plumbing drawing to show the water heater location and all hot and cold lines, waste lines and floor sinks. This plumbing drawing should be drawn to a scale of 1/4 inch equals 1 foot. 2. Provide a cut sheet for the mop sink and mop sink faucet. A floor -mounted basin, without legs, is recommended. If floor mats are to be used, the mop sink must be large enough to accommodate those mats for cleaning.
