As the architect of record, I had provide the structural field observation for the above
mentioned project for the following items in the renovation area:
1- Relocate footing across hole at the existing entranceway. Open at new interior
foundation steam wall, and cancel, opening at the existing steam wall.
2- Shift the 7' shear panel'at living and office to left corner of living room. Will be no
longer in the foyer area.
Base upon the observation performed, it is my professional judgment that the work was
substantially in confonnance with the approved building plans.
