Please let this letter:serve as confirmation that we have'reviewed-the install-ation of the new roof
mounted roof sleepers on subject project. The new pressure treated 6x sleeper beam was tapered
to accommodate the roof slope. and tlien a 4x6 was mounted on top of the tapered sleeper.
Connection of the 4x6 to.the sleeper beam.4uas made with Simpson SDS screws at 12" on -center
(staggered). along the length of the sleeper. Additionally, a bead of construction adhesive was
applied between the two members. The installed condition is consistent with our design intent
and we take no exception to the installation.
