Subject: Cell Tower App
We are very much in favor of the tower. It shameful that Cupertino residents have to stand in front of the
house occasionally to use a cell phone.

Subject: Opposing -Application No: ASA-2014-10,DP-2014-07,EXC-2014-12
Dear Cupertino Planning committee
I am long term Cupertino resident and live across the street where the Cell tower is being proposed referred to as Civic Center Cell Tower @
10300 Tone Ave.
I have 2 young children and very concerned about the health impacts of the proposed Cell tower and associated equipment. My wife uses
Verizon service yet,we can sacrifice poor signal rather than having any health impacts because of the tower.
We strongly oppose the proposed cell tower and would like requesting you to kindly reject this application.
Best regards,
Rama Vallabhaneni

TO: Cupertino Planning Commission
SUBJ: Cell Tower proposal
I request that the action on ASA-2014-10, DP-2014-07, EXC-2014-12 be
postponed. The meeting occurs during a vacation month when it is not possible to
adequately assemble public response to this item which affects the neighborhood
much more than other planning items. In addition, the Planning person who is
responsible for this item works on a part-time, retired basis and I have not been
able to contact him after multiple visits to City Hall. Further, calls to Planning
Commission have not been answered or returned. Due to my summer schedule, I
may not be able to attend this meeting, so I hope that the commissioners will agree
to postpone action.
I would also point out that this cell tower proposal has been active for years, and it
will not hurt to extend the process by a few weeks.
Sincerely,
,
