Owner and all subsequent owners, agree to accept full responsibility for any and all financial issues and liability risks including personal injuries and/or damage to any part of the Properties, Common Area, and dwellings on Residence /.rots, as those terms are defined by the Association's governing documents, and include but are not limited to, the roof, roof substrate, roofing felt and flashings, shingles, and all related roofing components that result from, occur during, or related to the installation, maintenance, temporary removal, reinstallation, permanent removal, -use, or existence of the Solar Equipment. Owner, and all subsequent owners, will pay any fees or costs incurred by Association as a result of, or related to, any delay or failure to temporarily remove or relocate the Solar Equipment when roof replacement, repairs, or maintenance is required and/or any increase in the cost of the Association's work attributable to the Solar Equipment. 10.
