Ordinance No. 1754 ORDINANCE NO. 1754 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE BY MODIFYING THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONING OF APPROXIMATELY 21.9 ACRES TO RESTRICT THE LAND USES AND BUILDING HEIGHTS OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEASTERLY QUADRANT OF STEVENS CREEK AND DE ANZA BOULEVARDS COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE CITY CENTER AREA (APPLICATION NO. 2-Z-83 (MODIFIED)) WHEREAS, an application was filed for the modification of planned development zoning to change the Master Zoning Map designations as described in Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, upon due notice and after public hearings, the City Council approved the modification of zoning; and WHEREAS, the properties to be rezoned are identified in Application No. 2-Z-83 to be used for a variety of land uses and are hereby changed to another use as described in Exhibit B; and WHEREAS, a map of the subject properties is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" as a modification to Application No. 2-Z-83. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the properties described in attached Exhibits "A" and "B" are hereby rezoned and that Exhibit "A" is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. 2. passage.
