Ordinance No. 1748 ORDINANCE NO. 1748 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING TITLE 19 OF THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING A PARCEL LOCATED AT 10346 SOUTH STELLING ROAD TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 7.5 (RI 7.5) WHEREAS, an application was filed by the City of Cupertino (Application 9-Z-96) for the rezoning of property from RI-I0 ag.; and WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that the rezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, the properties to be rezone are presently in R-I-I0 ago zone; and WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit A as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 That the properties described in attached Exhibit B be and hereby are rezoned to Single Family Residential Rl 7.5; and that Exhibit A & B attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. Section 2 passage.
