ORDINANCE NO. 1734
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AMENDING TITLE 19 OF THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING
A .17 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 10036 PENINSULA BOULEVARD
(APPLICATION 4-Z-79, MODIFIED)
WHEREAS, an application was filed by the City of Cupertino (Application No. 4-Z-79
(Mod.) for the rezoning of property from Neighborhood Commercial; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Commission
recommended to the City Council that the rezoning be granted; and
WHEREAS, the properties to be rezoned are presently in Cupertino; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit B as a proposed
amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section I That the properties described in attached Legal Description be and hereby
are rezoned to PD Residential; and that Exhibit B attached hereto is made part of the Master
Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2

That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 3rd
day of Septemer, 1996, and ENACTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of

All that All that certain real property in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being all of Lots 10, 11
and 12, Block 3, as shown upon that certain map entitled, "MAP OF
MONTA VISTA FIRST ADDITION", which map was filed for record in the
Office of the Recorder of said County on April 11, 1917 in Book P of
Maps at Page 23; and a portion of Peninsula Avenue. described as
follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 1G on the north-
easterly line of Peninsula Avenue; thence along the northwesterly
line of said Lot 10, N38'41'02"E 100.00 feet to the most northerly.
corner thereof; thence along the northeasterly line of said Lots 10,
