Since I didn't hear back from you, I'm not sure you get chance,to understand what LTrja is looking for.
This process is frustrating to say the least. Cou1d you pl'ease find out what exactly LTrja could live with
considering the current situation(as there is no point for me to keep on providing what I'm looking for as there is
no follow-up and/or change of mind)? _
�TVhen I spoke with Aarti, I understood that the decision of the Planning commission is subject to appeal to
Cupertino city council members (per chapter 19.12.030) .
I'd like to understand that process including how many days I've to submit the appeal to Cupertino city council
members /comtni.ttee. Could you please send me documentations (including chapter 19.12.030) on it and forms
that need to be filled out for the same,just in case, we have to go that route?

We live at the_current address for over 6 years and we maintained very friendly close relationship with all the
neighbors. We'd`like to have similar relationship with our across the fence neighbors, LTrja and tAjay as well, We
also spoke with one of our common family-friends - who are family friends with Urja as we11. And we reached to
' the conclusion that there is no point in spending so much of time and energy on such things as it would
unnecessarily create friction and unnecessary stress for all of us. We value neighbors more than anything and
would like to continue to have good terms with all the neighbors including urja-ajay as we will be living here for
next 20 - 30 years
�ased on the conversations we had with Ajay and Urja, we are supporting less trees ideas of Urja, as it was their
preference. VVe prefer to have less trees too. All we are requesting here is just plant two t�ees in the rniddle and
do not plant other �'trees (remove 2 trees, one each on each end of our common fence and 6 trees, 3 on each
sides of IIrja's side fences). So requesting to remove two arbutus marina trees and six Italian Cyprus trees from
