Ordinance No. 1721 ORDINANCE NO, 1721 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION I OF ORDINANCE NO.2 BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY 1.21 ACRES FROM RI-IO TO P (RES 5-10); LOCATED AT 10106-10132 BLANEY AVENUE (APPLICATION 12-Z-95) WHEREAS, an application was filed (Application 12-Z-95) for the rezoning of property ITom RI-IO(Single Family Residential, 10,000 sq. ft.) to peRES 5-10 (Planned Development Residential, 5-10 dwelling units per gross acre); and WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently zoned Ri-IO designation; and WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: ~. That the properties described in attached Exhibit "B" be and hereby is rezoned to a peRES 5- I 0), and that Exhibit "A" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage.
