ORDINANCE NO. 1713
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AMENDING SECTION I OF ORDINANCE NO.2 BY REZONING
APPROXIMA TEL Y 18 ACRES FROM P (RES 20-35) TO P (RES 10-20)
APPLICATION 7-Z-95
WHEREAS, the city initiated (Application 7-Z-95) for the rezoning of property from P
(RES 20-35) to P (RES 10-20)); and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Commission
recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and
WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently zoned Planned Development
Residential, 20-35 dwelling units per gross acre, and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as the Zoning Exhibit as a
proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
~. That the property described in the attached Zoning Exhibit dated October 13,
1995, be and hereby is rezoned to Planned Development Residential, 10-20 dwelling units per
gross acre, and that Zoning Exhibit dated October 13, 1995, attached hereto is made part of the
Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its

day of January, 1996, and ENACTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
