Right now there is a waitlist valued at $I I2k matching dollars for Cupertino applications waiting at the Water District that could be funded IF the District renews their base funding in FYI6/I 7 AND Cupertino authorizes the $I match program again in FYI 6/I 7. Our proposed budget will include a recommendation of$ I I 5k again for this program in FYI6/I 7. If the Water District does not continue their program, we will recommend that the City's program discontinue as well. In FYI 5/I 6 the expended funding of$ I I 5k provided rebates to I I 8 residential and commercial accounts. We need to query the District for a breakdown between the two but from past reports, residential is the majority group.
