APPROVED PROTECT This'approval is based on the plan set entitled "New Residence For Michael Leung, 10270 Calvert Drive, Cupertino, California" consisting of seven slleets labeled "A1 to A8 and a Bouridary and Topographic Map", dated January 12, 2016 except as may be ainended by conditions in this ' resolution. ` 2: ANNOTATION OF'THE CONDITIONS OF APFROUAL . The conditions of approval set forth shall be ulcorporated into and a�eulotated on tlle building plans. !, 3. ACCURACY OF THE PROTECT PLANS ' The applicant/property owner is responsible to verify all pertinent property data uzcluding�but not limited to properfy boundary locations, building setbacks, property size, building square footage; any relevant easemeYlts and/or construction records.
