This letter provides explanation for changes on gas supply system for Flex 2 building in Main Street
project.
Per original design intent, whole second floor in Flex 2 building was supposed to be occupied by just one
office tenant and just one gas supply service was assigned for the second floor. Eventually, the second
floor has been occupied with two office tenants with common corridor and lobby area. Hence, gas supply
system in Flex 2 building has been revised so that each tenant and common area (corridor and lobby) on
the second floor is connected to dedicated gas supply service. So, instead one gas service that was
planned to serve second floor of Flex 2 building, there are three spate gas services provided for second
floor of Flex 2 building.
