S-TILE ROOF HO(
Iristallaticn Guide
For detailed instructions please refer to the Dual Rack installation guide
1. Remove the roof tiles at the marked position or,
if possible simply push them up. When using 5/16"
lag bolt drill a pilot hole 1st. take care not to warp
or damage the roof panel when tightening the nut.
3. Position the tile hook to the side of the underlying
interlocking tile's valley.
5. Slide the 3/8" bolt through the rail groove.

2. Insert the three (3116") or two (5/16") bolt through
the washer and S-tile hook and apply fresh compatible
sealant to the base. Tightening torque is dependent on
the roof material.
4. Attach the tile hook to the rafter using the three (3/16")
or two (5/16") lag bolts, embedded min. 2.5"
6. Attach the rail to the tile using 3/8" bolts, washer & nut.
(Recommended: place star washer between the rail &
S- the hook).

The Dual Rack GBS-P6 is a grounding bonding splice lug
that is compatible with all solar racking systems and framed
solar modules. The Dual Rack GBS-P6 is the first lug that
is not only a grounding, it is also a grounding jumper as
this can be installed at spliced section of railing. This will
keep onsite inventory lower with the multipurpose lug that
works to ground and bond solar PV modules and racking
systems. With the Dual Rack GBS-P6 you will find only
lower cost and faster installations with the only grounding
bounding splice lug on the market to be UL467 certified and
UL2703 recognized
ADVANTAGES
• Compatible with Dual Rack PV mounting system
• Easy installation save time
• Electrically bond the solar modules together
• Mechanically clamp solar panels in place
• Made from stainless steel 1.4301
• Lock -time bolt for secure attachments
• Compatibale with 12-6 AWG Cu.
• UL 467 Certified and UL 2703 recognized

Grounding Clamp has proven robust in grounding 60-cell
and 72-cell Type 1 solar module frames.
Comparing with traditional solar module grounding method,
Dual Rack integrated grounding system, including grounding
mid clamp and grounding, bounding, splicing three -in -one
stainless lug (GBS-P6, UL467), eliminates separate module
grounding hardware, and it creates many parallel grounding
paths throughout the array, providing greater safety for
system owners, also saves installation time and hardware cost.
