AI'�'ROVED PROJECT _ This approval is based on a plan set entitled, "20790 Greenleaf Drive, Cupertino, CA" _ consisting of eleven sheets labeled "A-00.00 to A-07.01 and C-0", dated "December 21; 2015" except as may be amended by conditions in this resolution. 2. AlV1VOTATIOlV O�T�IE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL The conditions of approval set forth shall be incorporated into and annotated on the building plans. 3. ACCURACY OF THE PROTEC'g'PLANS The applicant/property owner is responsible to verify all pertinent property data including but not limited to property boundary locations, building setbacks, property size,:building square footage, any relevant easements and/or construction records. The applicant spoke with his neighbors and obtained privacy waivers from 20790 Greenleaf Drive, 20791 Dunbar Drive, and 10495 Beardon Drive.The applicant only modified the landscape plans to reflect the privacy waivers and no other modifications were made to the proposed building. The proposed project is witivn the parameters of Two-Story and 1Vlinor'Residential appro�vals. Therefore staff has determined that the proposecl project is in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 19.28.140 (A) and(B) of the Cupertino 1Vlunicipal Code, and no additional conditions of approval were required in order to address the comments raised cluring the noticing period.
