one (1) parcel described as follows:
Being all of Section 11, 12 and 12A and a portion of Section 6 and 10 that lies Northerly of
Section 8 as shown on that certain Map, entitled, "Map of 9th Addition Monta Vista" filed for
record in Book "P" of Maps at page 16, Santa Clara County Records and more particularly
described in Exhibit 'A' and shown on Exhibit 'B'.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 66499.35 of the Government Code of the
State of California that the real property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a
part hereof, is not in violation of the provisions of Division 2 of Title 7 of the Government
Code, cited as the Subdivision Map Act, and all local ordinances enacted pursuant thereof,
with the exception of the violations listed below.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. Further, that as a result
of this Certificate of Compliance, the sale, lease, or financing of the separate parcel as
described herein, shall not constitute a violation of said Division 2 of Title 7 or local
ordinances.
Development of this property will require issuance of a permit or permits and other
grant or grants of approval.
