Witnessed the drilling and inspected predrilled holes for proper diameter and depth. Observed the cleaning of holes and
witnessed the proper insertion of one hundred eight (108) 3/s' diameter Hilti KB -TZ expansion anchors, 3-3/4' in length,
embedded 2" into floor for three (3) chambers in room N460 on 41h floor.
The preceding work was, to the best of my knowledge, in compliance with approved plans and specifications, including
revisions by engineer.
