We hereby certify that we are the owners of or have some right,
title or interest in and to the real property included within
the subdivision shown upon tnis map and that we are the only
persons whose consent is necessary to pass a clear title to
said property and we consent to the making of said map and
subdivision a shown within the distinctive border line.
We hereby reserve a private Storm Drainage Easement (S.D.E.)
along the Northerly line of herein Lots 1 through 7 and the Nor-
therly 5 feet of the Southerly 15 feet of Lots 8 through 12 for
the benefit of the Homeowners Association.
We hereby dedicate to public use easements for Public Utilities
designated as "P.U.E." (Public Utility Easement) upon or over

sewer and water line facilities. The maintenance, repair and/
or replacement of all private facilities shall be the sole res-

public use as emergency vehicle access easements.
We hereby release and relinquish any and all abutters' rights
of vehicular access delinated and designated as "NO ACCESS"
